Be Digital is operated by Brian Uckert, a platform and security engineer with 25+ years in enterprise infrastructure. Recent engagements include Northwestern Mutual and observability work at a major New York bank. Be Digital itself has been live in midtown Manhattan since 2002, hosting client sites on AWS since 2011.
The work has evolved with the stack — from LAMP-era CMS builds to modern static sites with AI agents handling content, SEO monitoring, and review responses on an autonomous loop that I review weekly.

OpenTelemetry-based observability platform — metrics, traces, and logs unified in Grafana with Tempo and Loki backends. A root parent span opens for each request; every guardrail, tool call, and downstream service runs as a child span beneath it, and that trace ID is stamped into every log line — so one correlation ID stitches spans, traces, and logs into a single timeline.
